- Rest the bowl flat on the cushion, palm open underneath.
- Strike the outer rim once, softly, and let it run its full length.
- Breathe until you can no longer hear it. Repeat three times.

We buy from four family workshops in Patan and Bhaktapur, and from one caster in Lalitpur who has made figures for three generations. We visit twice a year, pay on collection, and print the maker’s name on the card that ships with your order.
