Chef Eric has always enjoyed creating delicious food to make people smile. As a child he was inspired by family friend, Chef “King” Karl, who taught him the importance of doing things the right way. Eric started in the restaurant business at 15 years old and never looked back. Ever since graduating from Le Cordon Bleu culinary school he has dreamt of having his own catering business and has finally taken the leap!
Sheryl and Eric were raised to work hard, stay happy and treat others the way we want to be treated. We wanted to incorporate those values into The Zen Bowl, so Chef Eric designed the logo with this in mind...one person helping another up on the arrow moving forward. To demonstrate this idea, we donate 10% of our proceeds to charities and fundraising organizations. Thank you for being a part of our dream!
